It is hoped that the ability to book without the PRA, will assist transport operators in planning movements and increasing their box to truck ratio. There will be a limit of 2 x TBA drop off slots in each hour available to all transport carriers. As a reminder, the PRA must be added to the booking prior to manifesting and bookings listed less than 2 hours before the start of the time zone will attract a list fee irrespective of another carrier taking that listed slot.
